基于卓越教师培养的五年制小学教育专业课程设置探讨 被引量:2

摘要 全科型小学教师是小学教师培养的趋势,然而目前五年制小学教育专业还没有一个成熟的人才培养模式,在其课程设置与实施过程中,存在着诸多问题,直接影响着卓越小学教师目标的实现。在拓宽普通教育课程、精选学科专业课程和加强教师教育课程的思路指引下,基于依据、遵循原则,构建起了由必修、选修和教育实践有机结合的课程体系。 The trend of the primary school teacher training is comprehensive type of primary school teacher,but now the five-year primary school education is not a mature professional personnel training mode,in its curriculum and the implementation process,there are many problems, directly affects the excellence to achieve the goal of primary school teachers.To expand the general education courses,selection of professional disciplines courses and strengthen the train of thought under the guidance of teacher education curriculum based on the foundation,adhere to the principle,building up the compulsory,elective,and organic combination of education practice curriculum system.
