基于高校思政教育生态性的困境及优化路径

The ecological predicament of Ideological and political education and its optimization

本文结合生态学原理对高校思想政治教育进行分析,指出高校思政教育具有整体性、动态性、层级性、循环性等生态特征。但高校思想政治教育也存在很多问题,例如教育主体与生态系统的疏离、师生大多进行单向互动、生态性与教育系统失衡、生态性结构失衡等。为此,从生态互动机制、教学体系、教学环境以及反馈机制四个方面探究高校思想政治教育生态性优化路径,提升教学实效性。

under the new situation,the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in colleges is not ideal.According to the principle of ecology,we can see that ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has the characteristics of integrity,dynamics,gradation and circulation.Therefore,this article will explore the ecological optimization path of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities from four aspects of ecological interaction mechanism, teaching system,teaching environment and feedback mechanism,so as to improve teaching effectiveness.
