随着社会的不断进步,人们所面临的竞争压力不断增加,焦虑症和抑郁症的发病率也在逐年上升。冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)作为一种典型的身心疾病,心理因素,特别是焦虑抑郁情绪,对其发生、发展、康复、预后等有着重要作用。近年来不断有研究证实焦虑抑郁情绪与冠心病患者心血管事件的发生具有相关性。同时众所周知,内皮细胞功能在心血管疾病的发生发展中有着至关重要的作用,因此本文对焦虑抑郁情绪与内皮细胞功能之间关系的研究现状做一综述。

Along with the advance of the society, people are facing increasing competition pressure. As a result, the incidence of anxiety and depression is increasing year by year. Coronary heart disease is a typical psychosomatic disease, and psycho-society factors, especially depression and anxiety, play an important role in the occurrence, development, rehabilitation, and prognosis of coronary heart disease. In recent years, many studies have confirmed that anxiety and depression are closely related to cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease. Since endothelial function plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases, we will discuss the relationship of depression and anxiety with endothelial function in this article.
