摘要 培养一支"双师型"教师队伍是引导职业教育向内涵式发展的重要基础和关键因素。《全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》强调要遵从教师专业发展规律,建设一支专业能力精湛、结构专兼合理、来源相对稳定的"双师型"教师队伍,推进职业教育健康长效发展。新时代"双师型"教师队伍建设应在分类施策的原则下,采用培养、补充、激活和调配等措施,建立健全"双师型"教师队伍建设体制机制,为提高技术技能人才培养质量服务。 Cultivating agroup of teaching staff with double qualification in vocational education is an important foundation and key factor for high-quality vocational education. " Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Construction and Reform of Teachers in the New Era" emphasizes that we should follow the law of teachers' professional development,build a contingent of teachers with "dual qualification" with exquisite professional ability,special and reasonable structure and relatively stable sources so as to promote the healthy and long-term development of vocational education.In the new era,the construction of teachers with dual qualification should take measures,such as training,replenishing,activating,allocating according to the principles of classified policies,and improving the system and mechanism of "double-qualified" teacher team,so as to advance the quality in the cultivation of technical and skilled workers.
