生态文明建设功在当代,利在千秋。"五位一体"总体布局表明,在中国特色社会主义现代化建设基本方略中,生态文明建设占有非常重要的地位。谈论生态文明,首先要了解什么是文化、什么是文明,以及文化与文明之间的关系;谈论文明问题,还必然涉及文明发展形态与文明发展方向等问题。文化是文明的灵魂(核心和价值向度),文明是文化的载体(基础和外在表现)。从人与自然关系角度看,人类文明发展可以分为原始文明、农业文明、工业文明、生态文明。这样,生态文明就是未来文明的发展方向。生态治理是通往生态文明之"消极路径",绿色发展是通往生态文明之"积极路径"。为了实现绿色发展,要牢固树立社会主义生态文明观,推动形成人与自然和谐发展的现代化建设新格局,建设一个生态安全、生态宜居的美丽中国;努力保护好人类赖以生存的地球家园,构建一个尊崇自然、绿色发展的美丽世界。

The construction of ecological civilization is of great benefit to the present,which plays a very important role in Chinese basic strategy of socialist modernization indicated by the overall layout of "five-in-one". When we talk about ecological civilization,we must know what is culture? What is civilization and its relationship with culture? The issue of civilization also refers to the development and direction of civilization.We believe that culture is the soul( core and value orientation) of civilization,while civilization is the carrier( foundation and external expression) of culture. From the perspective of the relationship between man and nature,the development of human civilization can be divided into: primitive civilization,agricultural civilization,industrial civilization and ecological civilization. Ecological civilization is the future of civilization. Ecological governance is the "negative path"to ecological civilization. On the contrary,green development is the"positive path"to ecological civilization. In order to realize the green development,we must firmly establish a socialist conception of ecological civilization to promote the new pattern of the construction of modernization with the harmonious development of man and nature. We should construct a beautiful China with ecological security and ecological livability. We will make great efforts to protect our earth and build a beautiful world that respects the nature and the green development.
