The Communist Party of China always pays emphasis on cultural construction,which ranges from the issue of cultural leadership in early times to the culture featuring national,scientific and popular,and from maintaining the culture under Hundred Flowers Campaign to the development of cultural industry and cultural undertakings as cultural soft power,show that the continuous deepening and development of the cognition of cultural theory and its practice is made by members of the Communist Party of China.
