个体性与位格性

Personality and Individuality

就人的本质而言,人同时具有个体性和位格性。个体性是从人的肉体以及与肉体密切相关的物质欲望方面来说的,位格性是从人的精神以及与精神密切相关的信仰、道德方面来说的。当代社会错误地将个体性当作人的本质,而完全忽视了同样作为人的本质的位格性。尽管从质料的角度来说,人往往被当作追逐物欲的个体,但是从形式的角度来说,人更应当被当作具有神圣信仰的位格。

From the human nature,human being has personality and individuality.Personality means human＇s body and desire,and individuality means faith and morality.The modern society emphasizes the pursuit of money,which is wrong.Morality should be emphasized in contemporary society.Morality and faith are the foundation of the society.Man can not be regarded as an animal or an individual.Man can only be regarded as the person of divine belief.
