《悉尼协议》视角下的高职专业质量保障体系建设

The Construction of Quality Assurance System of Higher Vocational Profession Based on Sydney Agreement

从发挥高职院校在专业人才质量保证中的主体作用出发,基于《悉尼协议》提出的持续改进质量保证理念,提出了以人才培养方案为核心,以培养目标和就业岗位能力达成度为抓手,在专业定位、培养目标、课程体系、教学运行、质量监控六个方面,制定专业人才培养工作质量标准,设计诊断工作流程和质量监控测评工具,构建以专业诊断与改革为抓手的质量保证体系。

Based on the principal influence that higher vocational colleges have on the quality assurance of professional talents, and the concept of continuous improvement in quality assurance proposed by Sydney Agreement,the thesis puts forward the idea of formulating the quality standard of professionals ＇ training,the diagnoses of work-flow and the measurements of quality monitoring and evaluating. Specifically,taking the talent training scheme as the core and taking the goal achievement and job capability as basis,the above idea is to be enforced in the aspects such as professional orientation,goal training,curriculum system,teaching operation and quality monitoring. The purpose of this paper is to construct a quality assurance system based on professional diagnosis and innovation.
