摘要
影响大学生创业认知的因素是复杂的,通过文献分析、访谈、开放式问卷调查,建构以创业自我效能感、他人评价和外在评价感知为内容维度的测验问卷。在544名被试的初测测验中,通过项目分析、探索性因子分析技术,考查了测验的结构和项目内容,形成正式测验,随后对1105名被试实施正式测验,进行信效度分析,并进一步修正,使之达到心理测验要求,最终形成了有18个项目的高阶多维结构的问卷。
The factors that affect the entrepreneurial cognition of college students are complex. Through literature analysis, interviews and open-end surveys, a questionnaire was constructed basing on the content of entrepreneurship self-efficacy,others' evaluation and external evaluation perception. In the initial test of 544 subjects,through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis techniques,the structure and project contents of the test were examined to make a formal test,and then 1105 subjects were tested for reliability and validity. With further revision,it has met the psychological test requirements,and finally formed a questionnaire with a high-level multidimensional structure of 18 projects.
