针对地理国情普查与监测项目地表覆盖分类成果质量检查的特殊性,结合验收检查工程实践提出了一套有针对性的成果质量检查技术流程与方法,归纳了成果采集精度、分类精度等关键的质量元素的检查要点、具体方法与典型质量问题,可为开展常态化地理国情监测成果质量检验提供技术参考。

This paper analyzed the distinguish features of the quality inspection and acceptance of land cover classification achievement of the national geographical conditions census and monitoring project. Moreover,based on the practice of quality inspection and acceptance of the national geographical conditions census and monitoring,it summarized a series of technology route and method,which include key points and typical quality faults for some critical quality elements such as position precision and classification precision for the quality check procedure of the land cover classification achievement,with the expectation of providing technical reference for the quality inspection and acceptance of national geographic conditions monitoring achievements.
