基于移动互联的内外业一体化地名地址信息采集系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Address Information Collection System of Internal and External Integration Based on Mobile Internet

地名地址数据不仅是与人们的日常生活息息相关的社会公共信息资源之一,还是政府行政管理、经济建设、国内外信息交往不可或缺的基础信息资源。本文针对目前地名地址数据采集过程中存在的采集不规范和效率低等问题,设计了以外业拍照和实时定位方式的数据采集、内业录入到数据更新的采集流程,基于移动互联技术开发了地名地址信息采集系统,结合示范应用介绍了主要功能和系统应用情况。该系统既简化了地名地址的采集流程,同时又提高了数据采集的效率,推动了智慧城市建设。

The address data is not only one of the social public information resources which is closely related to people＇s daily life,but also the indispensable basic information resource of government administration,economic construction,and information exchange at home and abroad. Therefore,in view of the present existing problem of address data nonstandard acquisition and low efficiency in the process of collecting,the paper designs the collecting process of data collection of outside camera and real-time positioning internal entry to the data update,develops the address information acquisition system based on the mobile Internet technology,and introduces the main functions and the application of the system combined with the demonstration of application. The system not only simplifies the collection process of the address,but also improves the efficiency of data collection and promotes the construction of smart city.
