Discussion on Quality Inspection Technology of Existing Real Estate Registration Data Integration

作为不动产存量数据整合工作的主要组成部分,质量控制对于项目的顺利实施具有重要意义。本文通过探讨质量检查的手段方法,提出了切实可行的质检组织实施方式,针对各质检项详细地阐述了检查的内容、检查的重点和难点,并且针对数据的各种历史遗留问题论述了具体的质检方法。经过实践验证,本文所述质检技术能够在整合全过程中控制数据成果的可靠性和准确性,提高质检工作效率。

As the main component of existing real estate registration data integration,quality control is of great significance to the successful implementation of the project. By exploring the means and methods of quality inspection,this article has proposed a practical way of quality inspection organization,and described the contents,the emphasis and difficulties of the inspection in detail for all inspection items,besides the specific method of quality inspection for a variety of historical problems has been discussed. The inspection technology described in this paper has been proved by practice that it can control the reliability and accuracy of the data results in the whole process of integration,also it can improve the efficiency.
