摘要
西方蜜蜂养殖的快速发展导致瓦螨肆虐,并且蜂螨的抗药性日渐升高导致除螨剂的作用日渐降低,因此,人们对西方蜜蜂自身抵抗瓦螨机制的研究产生了浓厚兴趣。而蜜蜂QTL研究的发展,可以进一步了解抗螨相关基因的遗传效应和作用机制。本文综述了抗螨QTL的研究现状,总结并展望了抗螨QTL的研究方向。
Varroa destructor infestation has been generated because of the breeding of Apis mellifera. The effect of meticides is going down day by day. So it is interesting in the research of the resistance mechanisms ofApis mellifera. We can make further understanding of genetic effects and working mechanisms of mite-resistant gene with the development of honey bee QTL. The paper reviews current research on mite-resistant QTL, summarizes and looks ahead the future research of mite-resistant QTL.
