摘要
采用硫酸盐制浆的副产物木质素和炼油残渣沥青为原料,经由高速剪切分散机共混,制备了木质素改性沥青,并探讨了改性沥青的常规性能。采用红外光谱、差示扫描量热对改性沥青的共混及老化性能进行了分析。结果表明,木质素与沥青的相互渗透可促进体系的相容,木质素对沥青的改性属于物理共混;沥青添加木质素后具有一定的抗氧化性,有明显延缓老化的作用;老化的处理可进一步提高改性沥青的温度稳定性,并有改善低温抗裂的作用。
A lignin-modified asphalt was prepared from kraft lignin,a by-product in the Kraft pulp production,and asphalt,by mixing with high-speed shearing. The mixing mechanism and aging property of asphalt mixture were analyzed by infrared spectrum( IR) and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC). The addition of lignin in asphalt was physical blending,which improved the compatibility of the mixing system. lignin with antioxidant property had obvious function of retarding aging of modified asphalt after mixing. Thermal stability and low temperature property of modified asphalt were further improved by aging treatment.
