摘要
以农业废弃物姜杆为原料,KOH作为活化试剂,制备活性炭。研究了碱处理工艺、炭化温度、碱炭比、活化剂种类等因素对活性炭吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:以KOH作为活化剂制备出的活性炭比表面积较好,较佳的炭化温度为700℃,活化时间为6h,碱∶姜杆比例为4∶1。湿法活化比干法工艺制备的活性炭,吸附性能更好,其比表面积可达151.1500m^2/g。用红外光谱、X射线扫描、BET对活性炭的性能进行了表征。活性炭经过研磨、酸洗水洗之后,再经过硝酸或者醋酸改性,比表面有了很大程度的提高,达到了790.0993 m^2/g。
Activated carbon was prepared using ginger stem,an agricultural waste,as feedstock as well as KOH and Na OH as activating reagents. The effect of the carbonization temperature,the carbon-alkali ratio,and the activator type on the performance of active carbon adsorption were studied. The experimental results showed that: the performance of activated carbon prepared with KOH as activator presented higher surface area. Optimized conditions were: carbonization temperature 700℃,activation time 6 h,alkali-ginger stem ratio 4∶ 1. The activated carbon prepared by wet processing showed better adsorption performance than that by dry processing. The specific surface area reached 151. 1500 m^2/g. The performance of the activated carbon was characterized by FT-IR,X-ray diffraction,SEM,and BET. The surface area reached 790. 10 m^2/g after grinding,pickling bath,and nitric acid or acetic acid modification.
