摘要
马陆星级宾馆建筑平面呈两个"回"字形角部叠加,建筑存在楼板不连续、立面收进尺寸突变及平面形状角部重叠等情况,属于超限高层结构。基于确定的抗震性能化设计目标,分别采用振型分解反应谱法、弹性时程分析和pushover静力弹塑性分析方法对该工程进行抗震性能研究,各项计算结果均能够满足规范的相应要求。综合分析计算结果,提出了建筑平面角部重叠超限高层建筑的设计方法及构造加强措施,使其在满足建筑造型的同时能够达到"小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒"的抗震设防要求,保证结构有足够的安全性,实现了抗震性能化设计目标。
Diplopod star hotel building plane is two "back"-shaped corner building floor superposition, discontinuity, setback dimension mutation and planar shape comer overlap etc., belong to the high-rise structure. Based on the aseismic performance-based design objectives, the seismic response of the project is studied by modal decomposition response spectrum method, elastic time history analysis and pushover static elastoplastic analysis method. All the calculation results can meet the corresponding requirements of the specification. The results of comprehensive analysis, put forward the construction plane angle design method of overlapping high-rise building and structure to strengthen measures to make it to meet at the same time architecture can achieve the "small earthquake is not bad, the earthquake can repair the seismic requirements, earthquake does not fall",ensure the structure safety enough, realize the design target of seismic performance.
