摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,预制管廊技术逐渐发展,但是管廊作为一种新型产业,关键性施工技术尚处于发展阶段。通过理论分析和现场施工相结合的技术手段,建立了一种管廊拼装施工技术。研究了预制电力管廊的综合施工技术,着重研究了拼装施工技术,分析了首段及后续段沉降的原因,提出针对性治理措施,研究了钢板桩支护及管廊防水技术,确定了最优支护及防水方案。总结出一整套预制管廊施工流程及关键技术,并取得良好的使用效果,为类似工程提供技术支撑。 With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the prefabricated corridor technology is developing gradually.However,the corridor as a new type of industry,the key construction technology is still in the development stage. In this paper,through the combination of theoretical analysis and on-site construction, a method of assembling the corridor assembly is established.The comprehensive construction technology of prefabricated electric power corridor is studied, the construction technology of assembly is analyzed emphatically,the reason of settlement of the first and subsequent sections is analyzed, the countermeasures are put forward,the steel sheet pile support and the pipe waterproofing technology are studied, to determine the optimal support and waterproofing program. Through the construction of Rizhao Mountain Steel Group Electric Power Corridor Project, a set of prefabricated pipe construction process and key technology are summarized, and good use effect is obtained, which provides technical support for similar projects.
