分离自土壤的丝葚霉属和鞘格孢属的2个新种

Two New Species of Papulaspora and Coleodictyospora from Soil

报道了分离自我国土壤的丝葚霉属和鞘格孢属的2个新种,即沙生丝葚霉Papulaspora deserticola和竖孢鞘格孢Coleodictyospora verticalispora。其中,P.deserticola的分生孢子顶生,多单生,近球形,直径23.5~35.0μm,中部形成多个暗红褐色、相互挤压呈多角形或不规则形的细胞,直径5~10μm,外围包被一层近无色、光滑的细胞鞘膜;C.verticalispora的分生孢子多呈倒梨形,由多个近球形的细胞组成,隔膜处明显隘缩,红褐色,光滑或略粗糙,孢身外具一层淡褐色的泡状囊膜,21.8~40.6×12.5~21.8μm。对新种与各自相似种的区别进行了详尽讨论。新种的模式标本(干制培养物)保藏于山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP),等模式标本(干制培养物)存放在中国科学院真菌标本馆(HMAS)。

P. deserticola and C. verticalispora isolated from soil in China,two new species of genus Papulaspora and Coleodictyospora,were described and illustrated. P. deserticola has subglobose or irregularly globose conidia,23. 5-35. 0 μm in diam, central cells 5-15, dark red-brown,irregularly muriform,arranged tightly,thick walled sheath cells which frequently protrude,hyaline to subhyaline,smooth. Basal cell pale brown,protruding,truncate at base,irregular,5-10 μm in length,4-9 μm in width. C. verticalispora has pyriform,obovoid conidia,consisting of a number of subglobose cells,often constricted at the septa,red-brown,smooth or slightly verruculose,21.8-40.6×12.5-21.8 μm. The holotype specimen（ dried cultures） are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University： Plant Pathology（ HSAUP）. The isotypes（ dried cultures） are kept in HMAS.
