摘要
从微生物信息代谢过程中的病原菌与寄主相互识别、微生物之间招募作用等研究领域的新发现入手,在微生物及其他生物信息代谢本质、微生物及其他生物信息代谢对其周围物质运动的影响等方面,对物质变信息,特别是经过生物界物质变信息规律进行了分析,对物质运动方式的演进规律,即无机界→有机界→信息界,做了开创性探索,这将为人类认识宇宙间物质运动的深层次规律产生重要引领作用。
Through research on the informatics of micro-organisms metabolism including the identification between the parasitic micro-organisms and their hosts,attraction between micro-organisms and other organisms,we concluded the basic nature of the metabolism,the influence of the metabolism on other materialmovement. The rule of the conversion of material to information especially though the life cell are analyzed. The evolution of the pathway of the material movement includes inorganics → organics → informatics. This will lead the research on basic and the rule of material movement in future.
