Some Thoughts on Xinjiang's Building Industrial Parks Abroad in the Background of Silk Road Economic Belt Construction

新疆近年来大力支持境外园区的建设,已经初步形成了分布于丝绸之路经济带沿线国家的6家境外园区。文本探讨了新疆加大境外园区建设的必要性,梳理了境外园区发展的现状,并提出了进一步扩展境外园区建设提升境外园区竞争力的措施。

In recent years, Xinjiang has consistently supported the construction of industrial parks abroad, and so far six industrial parks have been built in countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt. This paper discusses the necessity for such efforts of Xinjiang, and introduces the development of these industrial parks. Finally, it puts forward some measures to be taken to expand the construction of industrial parks outside China and to increase their competiveness.
