摘要
随着近年来社区便利店的进一步发展,其在零售业中发挥了不可忽视的作用。本文试分析移动互联背景下国内社区便利店发展的现状,基于7PS营销理论,从七个方面分析了国内社区便利店存在的问题,同时试从国内社区便利店的产品、促销、人员、过程方面进行策略分析。
With the further development of community convenience stores in recent years, it has played an important role in world retailing. This paper tries to analyze the current situation of convenience store development in the MI+, Based on the 7PS marketing theory, it analyzes the problems of convenience stores in China from seven aspects. Meanwhile, this paper tries to analyze the strategies of Product, Promotion, Personnel and Process of the convenience store.
