摘要
采用Factsage软件计算分析了Si/Al/Na/Ca对准东煤灰熔融特性的影响,结果发现:准东煤灰中Si02主要起助熔作用,流动温度随SiO_2含量增加而降低.当Al_2O_3含量低于12%时,流动温度随Al_2O_3含量增加而降低;当Al_2O_3含量大于15%时,流动温度随Al_2O_3含量增加而升高.Na_2O对流动温度的影响与灰中其他组分有关,总体而言,Na_2O起助熔作用.SiO_2/Al_2O_3质量比小于3.0的准东煤灰中,当CaO含量小于30%时,流动温度随CaO含量增加而降低;当CaO含量大于30%时,流动温度随CaO含量增加而升高。
Effect of Si/Al/Na/Ca on ash fusion characteristics of Zhundong coal is calculated and analyzed by Factsage. It is found that SiO2 is a fusing agent in Zhundong coM ash. Fluid temperature decreases as the content of SiO2 increases. When content of Al2O3 is lower than 12%, fluid temperature decreases as the content of Al2O3 increases. When content of Al2O3 is higher than 15%, fluid temperature increases as the content of Al2O3 increases. Effect of Na2O on ash fusion temperature is related to compositions of Zhundong coal ash. In general, Na2O is a kind of fusing agent. If SiO2/ Al2O3 is lower than 3.0, fluid temperature decreases as the content of CaO increases when content of CaO is lower than 30%, while fluid temperature increases as the content of CaO increases when content of CaO is higher than 30%.
