温拌沥青胶浆高温性能影响因素研究及预测 被引量:4

摘要 为掌握各因素对温拌沥青胶浆高温性能的影响并进行预测,基于DSR试验测定不同沥青胶浆试样的车辙因子,并将其作为评价指标与Buttlar公式预估的数据进行对比。结果表明:各因素对试样车辙因子的影响显著性从大到小排序为沥青种类、试验温度、温拌剂掺量、粉胶比;掺入Sasobit的SBS改性温拌沥青胶浆高温性能较好,且温拌剂掺量与粉胶比越大,其高温性能改善效果越好;Buttlar公式拟合数据与实测数据有很强的相关性,且该公式对试验温度为65℃时未掺温拌剂的SBS改性温拌沥青胶浆高温拟合精度最高。 In order to study the effect of various factors on the high-temperature performance of warm mix asphalt binder and make predictions, the rutting factor of different asphalt binder specimens was determined by DSR test. As an evaluation index, the rutting factor was compared to the estimate data acquired from the Buttlar formula. The results show that the significance of the factors affecting the rutting factor of the samples is ranked from the largest to the smallest as the type of asphalt, test temperature, amount of warm mix additive, and the ratio of filler to asphalt; the high-temperature performance of SBS modified warm mix asphalt blended with Sasobit is good, and the higher content of warm mix additive and ratio of filler to asphalt, the better the high-temperature performance is; there is a strong correlation between the fitting data and measured data of the Buttlar formula, which has the highest precision for the high- temperature fitting of SBS modified warm mix asphalt without warm mix additive when the test temperature is 65℃.
