摘要
为了分析路面不同结构层的厚度对沥青面层疲劳寿命的影响,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对路面结构受力情况进行模拟,并依据课题组对沥青混凝土疲劳寿命的研究成果,对不同路面结构厚度下沥青面层底面的受力情况和疲劳性能进行分析。结果表明:路面面层底面拉应力随路面结构厚度的增加而不断减小,其减小幅度随路面结构层厚度的增加而减小;面层底面应变随路面结构层厚度的增加不断减小,且减小幅度随路面结构层厚度的增加而减小;面层疲劳寿命随路面结构层厚度的增加而增加。
In order to analyze the effect of the thickness of each course in the pavement structure on fatigue life of asphalt pavement, ANSYS, the finite element analysis software, was used to simulate the stress of pavement structure. Based on the research results of the research group on the fatigue life of asphalt concrete, the stress conditions and fatigue performance under the surface courses of different thicknesses were analyzed. The results show that the tensile stress under the surface course decreases with increase in thickness of pavement structure, while the extent diminishes when the pavement structure becomes thicker; the change of strain under the surface course follows the same trend as that of tensile stress; the fatigue life of asphalt pavement increases with the thickness of pavement structure.
