摘要 为降低多曲线花瓶墩模板的加工难度,利用SolidWorks三维制图软件先进行曲面拟合精细建模,模板设计使用Midas Civil有限元计算软件进行精细化设计和整体受力分析,分别对单曲线模板和多曲线模板的面板、横肋、竖肋、型钢抱箍进行计算分析,对可预见的制造困难提前处理,在成本节约方面有较好的效果。 In order to reduce the difficulty of processing multi-curved vase piers, SolidWorks was used to perform precise modeling of surface fitting, and Midas Civil was applied to carry out the precise design and mechanical analysis of the formwork. The panel, cross ribs, vertical ribs, and steel hoops of single-curved and multi-curved formwork were analyzed by calculation separately. As a result, foreseeable manufacturing difficulties are dealt with in advance, and there is a good prospect in terms of cost saving.
