摘要
结合岑溪至水汶高速公路均昌隧道涌水突泥的情况,对灾害成因、施工技术难点进行分析,应用新型可控速凝注浆材料对突涌水进行封堵,并对注浆效果进行检验。结果表明:帷幕注浆后隧道涌水得到良好的控制,加固后的围岩自稳性显著提高且浆脉清晰,土层密实,含水量少,初期支护施作完毕后围岩渗水较少;该方案处治特大型涌水突泥灾变效果良好,可为今后类似工程提供借鉴。
Combining the situation of water gushing and mud pumping in the Junchang Tunnel on Cenxi-Shuiwen expressway, the causes of the disaster and the technical difficulties in construction were analyzed. The new type of controllable quick setting grouting material was used to block the inrush of water, and the grouting effect was tested. The results show that the gushing water in the tunnel is well controlled by curtain grouting. After the reinforcement, the stability of the surrounding rocks is significantly improved and the veins are clear. The soil layer is dense with low water content, and less water seepage is seen around the surrounding rocks after the preliminary support is completed. This scheme has a good effect on treating large-scale water gushing and mud pumping and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
