摘要
为了解决超长大陡坡斜井进行主洞隧道作业时的运输问题,以陕西天台山隧道1#斜井为工程背景选定有轨绞车运输系统,该运输系统采用变频控制,可实现均匀加、减速运行;采用井下和井口转渣场、卸渣场的立体模式,减少周转时间及设备投入;利用自动化数字控制技术与北斗定位技术,可实现对绞车的连续监控,高效、安全地解决斜井通道隧道作业及运输问题。
In order to solve the problem of transportation in the inclined shaft on a long and steep slope during the construction of main tunnel, based on the project of No. 1 inclined shaft of Tiantaishan Tunnel in Shaanxi Province, the tracked winch transit system was chosen, and variable frequency control system was applied to realize the acceleration and deceleration of the winch. The combination of slag transfer yard and slag discharge yard was introduced to reduce turnaround time and equipment investment. Using automated digital control technology and Beidou positioning technology to achieve continuous monitoring of the winch, the problem of transportation in the inclined shaft during the construction of tunnel is effectively solved.
