钢管混凝土系杆拱吊索力的测试与调控

摘要 针对钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的成桥吊索力值与设计值的差异分布,建立了受索力影响的目标调控矩阵,采用有限元对钢管混凝土系杆拱桥吊索力进行了分级优化计算,研究了各目标阀值下的吊索力全桥分布状态。研究结果表明:选取拱肋不同的分级变形作为调控阀值得到的索力,除边吊索外的其余吊索力值均可控制在5%以内;选取主梁不同的分级变形作为调控阀值得到的索力差异性较大;以拱肋变形和主梁变形的合理阀值同时作为调控目标得到的索力值与设计值和实测值相近,分布均匀。 Aiming at the difference in measured values after the completion and design values of the cable force of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge, a target regulation matrix affected by the cable force was established. Using FEM to calculate the cable force of concrete-filled steel tubular tied arch bridge, the full-bridge distribution of cable force under various target thresholds was studied. The results of the study indicate that for the cable force gained from setting different grading deformations of the arch ribs as the threshold, all except for that of the side cables can be controlled within 5%; selecting different grading deformations of the main girder as the regulation threshold results in a greater difference in cable force; the value of the cable force obtained by adjusting the arch rib deformation and the main beam deformation at the same time as the regulation target is close to the design value and the measured value, and the distribution is uniform.
