鸡传染性支气管炎弱毒疫苗NNA对黄鸡的免疫保护效力评估 被引量:1

摘要 传染性支气管炎(Infectious bronchitis,IB)是一种急性、高度接触传染的病毒性疾病。该病的防控主要是通过弱毒疫苗和灭活苗的使用。本研究应用包括4/91型的弱毒疫苗NNA的不同疫苗组合分别在1日龄和10日龄对黄鸡进行免疫。二免后2周用IBV QX型强毒株HSJ/2016攻毒以检验不同组合疫苗的保护作用,攻毒前检测血清抗体效价。实验结果显示,1日龄一免使用威支灵和NNA组合,10日龄二免单独使用NNA的免疫程序能够显著增强鸡体的免疫应答,对IBV流行强毒达到最好保护效果。 Infectious bronchitis (IB) is an acute, highly contagious disease caused by Infectious bronchitis virus (IBV). So far, vaccination with live attenuated vaccines and inactivated vaccines is the most effective way in IBV control. In this study, different combination of vaccines include 4/91-type strain NNA wereintraocular-nasally vaccinated at 1-day-old yellow chickens and boosted 10 days later. ELISA antibody titers were tested before challenge and chickens were challenged by virulent IBV QX-type strain HSJ/2016. The result showed that the combination of Weizhiling and NNA at first vaccination and NNA alone at booster vaccination could elicit immune response remarkably and improve theprotective effect against IBV infection.
