摘要
目的回顾长沙空港口岸传染病监测多方位立体模式的运行情况,提升工作效能。方法对2011—2016年长沙空港口岸传染病监测情况进行统计,计算发现有可疑传染病症状的人数与出入境总人数的比例、确诊病例与发现有症状人数的比例,评价多方位立体监测模式的作用。结果 2011—2016年,长沙空港口岸有症状人员的发现率由0.026‰上升至0.262‰,确诊率由0上升至35.41%。体温监测、医学巡查、个人申报和航空公司申报发现的可疑病例数均呈增长趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论长沙空港口岸以口岸核心能力建设为依托,建立以口岸工作人员为主体、强化现场监测排查设施为重点,国际旅行卫生保健中心和地方医疗机构技术支撑为后盾,联防联控机制为外延的多方位立体监测模式,有效提升了长沙空港口岸传染病防控水平。
Objective To analyze retrospectively the operation of Multi-dimensional surveillance pattern of infectious diseases at Changsha Airport port,to provide reference for the promotion of health quarantine. Methods The data of infectious disease surveillance at Changsha international airport had been summarized,2011-2016. The detection rate and diagnosis rate were analyzed to evaluate the effect of the pattern. Results From 2011 to 2016,the detection rate of infectious disease at Changsha Airport port increased from 0.026‰ to 0.262‰,diagnosis rate increased from0 to 35.41%. The suspected cases discovered by temperature monitoring,medical inspection,personal declaration and airline company declaration increased,and these data had statistical significance(P 〈 0.001). Conclusion Multi-dimensional surveillance pattern had been developed based on core capacity building,and had contributed to the prevention and control of infectious disease in Changsha Airport port. The pattern was implemented by port staffs,regarded strengthened on-site monitoring and screening as key point,supported by technology of international healthcare center and local medical institution,supplemented by the cooperation of different departments. The prevention and control of infectious diseases of Changsha Airport port had been improved significancly.
