基于数据集成的院感综合管理系统设计与应用

Design and Application of the Nosocomial Infection Supervising System Based on Data Integration

目的:采用数据集成的方式,基于临床数据中心(CDR)集成院内各科室临床数据,搭建医院感染信息平台,实现高危感染信息的集中展现,为院感监测和管理提供支撑,确保院感统计上报的及时准确性。方法:软件采用.NET技术及SQL Server进行开发,对感染数据进行实时采集、动态监测以及支持各种维度的查询和各种形式的图表导出。结果:通过该系统的建设,使院感科从被动接受上报转变为主动监控,院感管理更准确,降低了院感发生率。结论:基于数据集成的院感综合管理系统能够实时、动态地采集、监测病人感染数据,为临床上报和管理打下了坚实的基础,使医疗质量管理水平显著提升。

Objective： Integrate the clinical data from various clinical department based on the Clinical Data Repository（CDR）, which aims to establish the nosocomial infection information platform, realize the concentrated display of high-risk infection information, support for the monitoring and management of the hospital and ensure accuracy of report. Methods： The software uses .NET and SQL Server for the development of real-time infection data collection, dynamic monitoring and support a variety of dimensions of dataquery and various forms of chart export. Results： Through the construction of the system, the infection monitor method is changed from passive to positive which leads more accuracy of management and lower rate of infection. Conclusion： The nosocomial infection supervising system based on data integration can collect and monitor the data of patients＇ infection in real time dynamically, which lay a solid foundation for clinical reporting and management and improve the level of medical quality management.
