摘要
目的:针对新时代公立医院信息科的定位,建立公立医院信息科人才队伍建设创新模式,利用激励机制,实现信息化支撑能力及个人成长并重,津贴分配效率优先、兼顾公平的管理模式。方法:基于马斯洛需要层次理论,建立基于项目分配与激励机制的津贴分配模式以及基于个人职业长远规划的培养机制。结果:实践证明,创新模式可实现医院信息化团队整体效率提升、信息化建设创新能力增强、个人职业获得感增加。结论:公立医院信息化人才队伍建设模式亟待突破,创新模式可复制,是一种有效的综合管理模式。
Objective: Aiming at the new positon of information department in public hospitals in the new era, establish the innovative mode of information department team construction, using the incentive mechanism to improve the information support capability and form efficiency and fairness management model. Methods: Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, establish mechanism including project allocation, incentive method and personal growth planning. Results: Innovation model can improve efficiency of the hospital information team, enhance the ability of information technology innovation and increase acquisition of personal career. Conclusion: The construction mode of information talents in public hospitals needs to be breakthroughs urgently, and the innovation mode can be duplicated. It is an effective integrated management mode.
