医院廉洁风险防控信息平台的建设与应用

Construction and Application of the Information Platform for the Prevention and Control of Corruption Risks in Hospitals

利用信息技术手段建立医院廉洁风险防控信息平台,针对权力运行的"关键点"、内部管理的"薄弱点"、问题易发的"风险点"加强监控,在强化对权力运行的有效制约和监管,提高医院干部职工的廉洁风险防范意识和能力中发挥了重要作用。结合实际,介绍了扬州市妇幼保健院廉洁风险防控信息平台的机制建设、设计思路、功能模块和应用效果。

The establishment of hospital and risk prevention and control information platform by means of information technology, the power of ＂key points＂, the internal management of the ＂weak point＂, problem prone ＂risk point＂ to strengthen supervision in strengthening of effective control and supervision of power operation, play an important role in improving the hospital staff clean risk prevention consciousness and capacity. This paper introduces the mechanism construction, design idea, function module and application effect of the information platform for incorruptible risk prevention and control in our hospital.
