摘要
临床应用心电网络系统,采集患者心电信息,实时发送,快速回复,使住院患者心电检查、诊断工作实现数字化、信息化、自动化和即时化,对急危重症患者尤为重要。在进行床旁心电信息采集时,由于操作者、患者、心电图机及网络系统等方面因素,经常造成心电信息采集失败,影响患者诊治。论文对采集失败原因进行归因分析,预见性评估可能出现的问题,制定有效干预措施,以便及时准确地进行心电信息采集与上传,提高患者满意度。
Clinical application of ECG network system, acquisition of ECG information, immediate delivery, rapid response, so that inpatient ECG examination, diagnosis of digital, information technology, automation and real-time, especially for critically ill patients. During the bedside ECG information collection due to the operator, patient, ECG machine and network system and other factors, often result in the failure of information collection, affecting the patient diagnosis and treatment. Here we collect the reasons for the failure attribution analysis, to assess the predictability and resolve problems that may arise, develop effective interventions for ECG acquisition and upload information in a timely and accurately, improve patient satisfaction.
