摘要
介绍了OPPM在医院信息工程项目管理中的应用,把OPPM应用在IT项目的立项、设计、实施、运营、变更、成本控制、质量控制的各个方面,实现IT项目的全生命周期的管理。
This paper introduces the application of OPPM in the hospital information construction project management, the application of OPPM in the IT project, design, implementation, operation, change, cost control, quality control of all aspects of the implementation of IT, the whole life cycle of project management.
