摘要
与传统土建冷库相比,装配式冷库的隔热围护结构,无论隔热夹芯板自身强度还是隔热围护体安装构造方式的强度安全均存在薄弱因素。本文依组合冷库用隔热夹芯板产品标准要求,梳理了金属面聚氨酯夹芯板的强度构成要素及在生产、时效、安装环节可能出现的影响隔热夹芯板强度的隐患;分析了外界载荷、隔热夹芯板热力弯曲、库温波动导致库内空气压力变化等因素对隔热围护结构的影响和相应的对策措施;探讨了装配式冷库隔热围护结构设计、构造节点和安装方式。
Compared with the traditional civil construction cold storage, the insulation enclosure structure of the prefabricated cold storage has weak factors in terms of the strength of the insulation sandwich panel and the safety of the construction for insulation enclosure installation. According to the standards of insulation sandwich panel for prefabricated cold storage, the strength components of the metal-faced polyurethane sandwich panel and the hidden trouble affecting the strength of the insulation sandwich panel during the production, aging and installation phase are illustrated in this paper. The external load, thermal bending of insulation sandwich panel, changes of air pressure due to the temperature fluctuation within the cold storage and other factors that could influence the enclosure structure are analyzed. The insulation enclosure structure design, joint construction and the installation method for prefabricated cold storage are introduced.
