2015—2017年全国邮路口岸科研微生物菌种检出情况及影响因素分析 被引量:1

Survey on the detection of microbial strains for scientific research at post ports of China from 2015 to 2017

摘要 目的 分析全国邮路口岸科研微生物菌种检出情况和影响因素,为邮路口岸检疫监管工作提供科学参考。方法 对2015—2017年全国邮路口岸和浙江邮路口岸报告的科研微生物菌种检出案例进行统计,分析检出年份、菌种种类、处置方式、检出地区及来源地区等相关因素。结果 2015—2017年,全国邮路口岸共检出科研微生物菌种27例,总重6715g,不同年份检出的菌种地区分布不一致(χ~2=34.002,P=0.005);不同类型、来源地区、处置方式的菌种在地区间分布差异无统计学意义。浙江邮路口岸共检出9例45支,总重2245g,货值22250元,在全国各邮路口岸中检出量第一。结论 邮路口岸科研微生物菌种检出日益增多,存在生物安全风险,应加强邮路口岸特殊物品检疫监管工作。 Objective To analyze the investigated cases about microbial strains for scientific research at post ports of China,and to provide guidelines for the supervision on the inspection and quarantine at post ports. Methods The cases of intercepted microbial strains for scientific research at post ports of China,especially at Zhejiang province(Ningbo excluded),from 2015 to 2017 were included and studied. The influences such as the intercepted year,the strain species,dispose methods,and the areas the strains came from were analyzed. Results A total of 27 cases were investigated national wide from 2015 to 2017,with the total weight was 6715 grams. A statistical significance was revealed among the distributions in different years(χ2=34.002,P = 0.005). There was no statistical difference between different strain species,dispose methods and originated areas. In Zhejiang post ports,9 cases(45 pieces)were intercepted,with the weight was 2245 grams and the value was 22 50 China Yuan,ranked the first among the nationwide post ports. Conclusion The cases of intercepted microbial strains for scientific research were increasing,supervision on the special goods inspection and quarantine should be strengthened at post ports.
