高温气调处理对德国小蠊致死作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究气调处理对常见病媒生物德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法 将748只德国小蠊成虫随机分为50个实验组和1个空白对照组,置于持续通入不同温度99.99%氮气和空气的试验容器中进行处理,气体温度选取30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃和65℃共5个温度梯度,温度差在±1℃。每个温度分别处理2 min、4 min、6 min、8 min、10 min,试验后24 h观察德国小蠊的死亡率。结果 德国小蠊的死亡率随着通入99.99%氮气和空气温度的升高和处理时间的增加而显著增加,达到一定的处理温度和处理时间后(50℃8 min,60℃和65℃4 min),德国小蠊的死亡率可达到100.00%;高浓度氮气和空气在不同温度处理下,效果差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过加温气调处理技术可有效杀灭德国小蠊,在有效性上可以成为探索航空器检疫处理化学防治的替代方法。 Objective To study the lethal effect of high temperature controlled atmosphere(CA) treatment on Blattella germanica. Methods A total of 748 Blattella germanica were divided into 50 experimental groups and 1 control group in the experimental vessels of 99.9% nitrogen and air with temperature gradients ranking from 30 ℃,40℃,50℃,60℃ and 65℃,each setting temperature bias for the experiment was about ±1℃. The death rate and mortality of Blattella germanica during each experiment in a setting temperature with 5 continuing courses in 2 minutes,4 minutes,6 minutes,8 minutes and 10 minutes was observed. Results The death rate of Blattella germanica has been increased significantly with the rising of temperature of 99.9% nitrogen or air,and the mortality became 100.00%with a certain temperature(50℃ for 8 minutes,60℃ and 65℃ for 4 minutes). The difference of the lethal effect was not significant between the high concentration of nitrogen and air. Conclusion The lethal effect was significant on Blattella germanica by using the controlled atmosphere(CA) treatment,it could be an alternative method to explore the aircraft quarantine treatment from effectiveness aspect.
