国际航行船舶船员埃博拉出血热知晓率及相关态度调查

Investigation on knowledge and attitude about Ebola hemorrhagic fever of entry international ocean ships staff

摘要 目的 了解国际航行船舶不同国籍船员对埃博拉出血热的知晓率及相关态度情况,提出埃博拉出血热防控措施。方法 采用自行设计的调查问卷对1 542名船员进行调查,利用EpiData建立数据库并采用SPSS 13.0进行统计学描述与分析。结果 中国籍船员的埃博拉出血热基础知识知晓率为71.5%,非中国籍船员为55.4%,中国籍船员明显高于非中国籍船员(P<0.05)。趋势卡方检验显示,随着船员学历的升高,基础知识知晓率呈现逐渐升高的趋势(P<0.05),非中国籍船员对埃博拉出血热疫情的关注比例为91.6%,明显高于中国籍船员(82.9%)(P<0.05);中国籍船员更愿意将自己掌握的相关知识与他人分享(P<0.05);不同国籍船员埃博拉出血热相关态度均不相同(P<0.05)。结论 国际航行船舶中国籍船员对埃博拉出血热的知晓率明显高于非中国籍船员,但应重点关注中国籍船员关注程度低的风险。 Objective To assess the status of Ebola hemorrhagic fever awareness and attitude of entry international o-cean ships staff with different nationalities,to provide reference for formulating realistic Ebola hemorrhagic fever prevention strategy. Methods A total of 1 542 staff were selected for the investigation. SPSS 13.0 software was used to process statistical analysis. Results The awareness of basic knowledge about Ebola hemorrhagic fever of Chinese crewmen was 71.5%,that of foreign crew was 55.4%. The total score of Chinese crewmen was much higher than that of foreign crew(P〈 0.05). Trend chi-square test displayed that,with the increase of the level of education,the awareness also showed an upward trend(P〈 0.05). The proportion of interests on epidemic of Ebola hemorrhagic fever among the foreign crews was 91.6%,was significantly higher than that of the Chinese crews(P 〈0.05). Chinese crews were more willing to share their knowledge with others than that of other nationalities(P 〈0.05). There were certain differences among different nationality crews of their attitudes(P〈 0.05). Conclusion The awareness rate of Chinese crewmen was obviously better than that of other nationality crews,but it should be focus on the risk of less attention about epidemic of Ebola hemorrhagic fever of Chinese crews.
