2013—2015年福州口岸出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

Analysis on diseases surveillance among entry-exit personnel at Fuzhou port,2013-2015

目的 对福州口岸的2013—2015年出入境人员疾病监测结果进行分析,了解疾病感染情况及流行特点,为口岸疾病监测和防控工作提供科学依据。方法 收集2013年1月1日—2015年12月31日在福建国际旅行卫生保健中心进行体检的出入境人员的数据,用SPSS 17.0进行数据处理,并对福州口岸主要监测传染病梅毒、艾滋病、肺结核及乙肝的检测结果进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2013—2015年参加体检的有30171人,从每年传染病检出率的变化趋势看,乙肝检出率呈上升趋势,肺结核检出率呈下降趋势。卡方检验可知,不同疾病的检出率、不同人群的疾病分布、传染病和非传染病的检出率差异均有统计学意义,且非传染病检出率高于传染病的检出率。结论 加强出入境人员特别是入境人员传染病监测,同时加强对非传染性疾病的健康宣教。

Objective To analyze the prevalence and diseases epidemic characteristics of entry-exit personnel at Fuzhou port from 2013 to 2015,and to provide scientific basis for disease surveillance,prevention and control.Methods The data of physical examination of entry-exit persons at Fujian International Travel Healthcare Center from January 1,2013 to December 31,2015 was collected. The SPSS 17.0 software was used for data process,and the descriptive epidemiological analysis of the detection results of the surveillance diseases including syphilis,AIDS,pulmonary tuberculosis and hepatitis B in Fuzhou port was carried out. Results From 2013 to 2015,there were 30171 people participated in the physical examination. From the trend of the annual detection rate of infectious diseases,the detection rate of hepatitis B showed an upward trend,and that of pulmonary tuberculosis showed a downward trend. Chi-square test showed that the detection rate of different diseases,the distribution of diseases in different populations,the detection rate of infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases were statistically significant,and the detection rate of non-communicable diseases was higher than the detection rate of infectious diseases. Conclusion It should to strengthen the surveillance of infectious diseases of entry-exit personnel,especially those entry persons,and strengthen the health education about non-communicable diseases.
