摘要
本文通过液相法连续工艺合成正极材料前驱体镍钻铝氢氧化物,重点考察了合成体系pH值、氨水浓度等关键工艺参数对氢氧化镍钴铝产品粒度的影响。研究表明:体系pH值、氨浓度是影响产品粒度的关键因素,通过对二者的有效调控,制备的氢氧化镍钴铝粒度大小均匀、分布窄,微观形貌球形度佳、大小颗粒含量可控、适宜。制备的产品激光粒度(D50)能较好的分布在8~11μm范围,D100可控制在35μm以内,具有较好的粒度梯度,能为大规模生产氢氧化镍钴铝提供科学的技术支持。
The precursor of nickel-cobalt-aluminum hydroxide was synthesized by liquid-phase continuous process in this paper. The effects of the key process parameters such as pH and concentration of ammonia solution on the particle size of cobalt aluminum hydroxide were investigated emphatically. The results show that:the system pH, ammonia concentration are the key factors affecting the product size. Through the effective regulation of system pH and ammonia concentration, the prepared nickel hydroxide cobalt aluminum particle size is uniform, narrow distribution, has good sphericity. The prepared laser particle size (D50) can be well distributed in the range of 8 - 11 μm, D100 can be controlled within 35μm, with good particle size gradient, which can provide scientific technical support for large-scale production of cobalt aluminum hydroxide.
