一座典型工业城市“工匠精神”的现状调查——以四川省德阳市为例

The Status Quo of "Craftsman Spirit" in a Typical Industrial City:Taking Deyang City as an Example

制造业是国民经济的主体,是立国之本、兴国之器、强国之基。追求精益求精、质量至上的工匠精神是制造业的灵魂。德阳的城市发展历程、文化气质品格与工匠精神深深契合,其辉煌的工业成就、推动未来发展的动力都离不开工匠精神的培育和弘扬。为此,课题组开展了"以社会主义核心价值观为引领培育弘扬‘工匠精神’的调查研究",总结分析德阳社会、企业、高校层面培育弘扬"工匠精神"的现状和做法、经验与不足。

Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy,which is the foundation of the development and prosperity of the nation. Craftsman ＇s spirit pursuing excellence and quality is the soul of manufacturing industry. Deyang＇s urban development process and cultural ethos are in line with thecraftsman spirit,and its brilliant industrial achievements and impetus for future development cannot be separated from the cultivation and promotion of craftsman spirit. Therefore,the research carried out the investigation of ＇following the socialist core values to cultivate and carry forward craftsman spirit ＇,and then analyzed the current situation and practice,experience and deficiency of ＇craftsman spirit＇＇ in the social,enterprise and university level of Deyang.
