The Current Situation of and Countermeasures to the Pre-school Bilingual Teachers from Agricultural and Pastoral Areas in Garze Prefecture

摘要 甘孜州农牧区的人口特点、民汉双语教育的个体发展功能和社会发展功能、早期双语教育的重要性和教师在教育中的关键因素决定了农牧区实施学前民汉双语教育的必要性和可行性。近几年,甘孜州农牧区学前教育取得了显著的成绩,但学前民汉双语师资非常薄弱,成为了农牧区学前教育发展的瓶颈。基于此,通过实施部分浸入式双语教育、加强在职教师的培训、培养定向免费师范生等措施解决学前民汉双语师资薄弱问题。 The necessity and feasibility of pre-school bilingual education in farming and pastoral areas in Garze prefecture are dertermined by the following: the demographic characteristics,the individual development,social development,importance of early bilingual education,and the key factors from bilingual teachers…etc. In recent years,pre-school education in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Garze prefecture has achieved remarkable achievements,however,the pre-school bilingual teachers are not enough and the insufficience has become the bottleneck in the development of pre-school education in these areas. In orde to solve the problem,this article has put forward some countermeasures,which icludes: carrying out the immersive bilingual education,strengthening the training of in-service teachers,cultivating the directed-free-professional students.
