摘要
通过对复合钢板压力容器部件的现场施焊试验,分析了镍-钢复合板压力容器在焊接过程中的性能变化及失效形式。为防止在压力容器制造过程中出现焊接问题,根据裂纹的产生机理,给出了优化施焊质量的工艺控制措施,使焊接接头既满足强度要求,又避免了镍-钢因膨胀系数差异大产生的热裂纹,解决了镍-钢复合板的焊接问题。
With onsite welding test for the pressure part made with composite steel plate, the change of properties and failure modes of Ni-steel clad plate made pressure vessel were analyzed. In order to prevent any problems occurred in welding process in pressure vessel fabrication, based on the mechanism of crack origination, the procedure control measure for optimizing weld quality was proposed, by which not only the strength requirement for weld joints can be reached, but also hot cracks due to great different expansion coefficients between nickel and steel can be avoided, thus the problem existed in Ni-steel welding can be solved.
