润滑油品质劣化对大机组轴瓦的影响及处理 被引量:19

摘要 润滑油品质劣化引起汽轮机及压缩机轴瓦腐蚀及漆膜形成。针对原料气压缩机组出现的轴瓦腐蚀及瓦块结焦油泥情况,进行原因查找,通过对润滑油进行非常规化验,增加润滑油旋转氧弹值、泡沫特性、漆膜倾向性、抗氧剂等指标,发现润滑油品质已劣化,对不合格指标进行分析,确认了机组轴瓦腐蚀及润滑油漆膜形成的原因。润滑油泡沫特性指标恶化导致了轴瓦的气蚀,润滑油抗氧剂耗尽及漆膜倾向性指标恶化导致润滑油油泥产生及轴瓦结焦。润滑油不能无限期使用,在使用一定期限后,需进行非常规化验,当润滑油质劣化时应进行更换。 The deterioration of lubricating oil will result in bearing pad corrosion and varnish formation in steam turbine and compressor. To find out the causes of corrosion and forming coking oil sludge in the bearing pads, unconventional tests for lubrication oil was carried out, including to check the indexes of lubrication oil rotating oxidation stability, foaming performance, varnish tendency and antioxidant. The testing report showed that the lubrication oil had already been deteriorated. It demonstrated from the analysis that beating pads cavitation was caused by the deterioration of foaming performance index of lubrication oil, the lubrication oil sludge formation and coking on bearing pads was caused by antioxidant depletion of lubrication oil and the index deterioration of varnish tendency. Lubrication oil could not be used without time limit, and it should be tested when being used for a certain period and be replaced if it has been deteriorated.
