往复泵在工作时,阀盘的动作总要落后于柱塞的动作,这种现象称为阀的滞后现象。实际上,阀的滞后现象是客观存在的,它对泵阀寿命的影响极大。通过在柱塞和十字头之间,增加缓冲吸振能力强的碟形弹簧,来抵消阀的滞后,提高阀的寿命。

In the operation of reciprocating pumps, the move action of valve disc is always behind to that of plunger, which is called valve hysteresis. In fact, this phenomenon exists objectively and has great effect to the life of valves in pump. With adding a butterfly spring, which has great ability of absorbing vibration, between plunger and crosshead, the valve hysteresis can be neutralized and the valve life be prolonged.
