摘要
江华苦茶是我省茶树珍贵地方资源,原产于南岭山脉。上世纪八十年代初,课题组通过系统选种程序,从江华苦茶群体资源中选育出优质高咖啡碱红茶新品种——潇湘红21-1。潇湘红21-1为中叶类,中生种,芽叶黄绿,产量高;内含物丰富,春季红、绿茶主要品质成分含量分别为水浸出物38.26%、44.22%,茶多酚19.40%、30.38%,游离氨基酸5.01%、5.04%,咖啡碱5.11%、5.09%;红、绿茶中咖啡碱含量均高达5%以上,属于高咖啡碱优异茶树资源。制红、绿茶品质兼优,尤以红茶品质突出,"冷后浑"明显,乳状络合物呈橙黄色。抗寒、抗旱、抗病虫能力均较强,是一个优质高咖啡碱红茶新品种。
Jianghua bitter tea is a precious local resource of tea tree in our province. It is native to the Nanling Mountains. In the early 1980s, the research group selected a new high-quality caffeine black tea, Xiaoxianghong 21-1, from Jianghua bitter tea group resources through systematic selection procedures. Xiaoxianghong 21-1 is a middle-leaf type, mesozoic species with yellowish green shoots and high yield. Its contents are abundant, and the main quality components of red and green tea in spring are 38.26% and 44.22% respectively, and tea polyphenols 19.40%. , 30.38%, free amino acid 5.01%, 5.04%, caffeine 5.11%, 5.09%; red, green tea caffeine content are as high as 5% or more, is an excellent caffeine tea tree resources. The quality of red and green tea is excellent, especially the quality of the black tea. The "cold bream" is obvious, and the milky complex is orange-yellow. The ability to resist cold, drought, pests and diseases is strong, and it is a new high quality caffeine black tea.
