摘要
对一种引起茶叶褐斑病的病原进行分离鉴定。采用组织分离法、形态学观察法以及分子生物学方法对茶叶斑病病原菌进行分离、鉴定,结果表明该病原菌在PDA生长7 d后的菌落直径为6.0~6.5 cm,分生孢子呈砖格状,具有6~10个分格,黄褐色,大小(27~34)μm×(10~15)μm。根据上述特征,初步鉴定此病原菌为格孢腔菌属真菌(Pleospora camelliae Dippen)。本研究发现Pleospora camelliae Dippen引起茶叶斑病属于国内首次报道。
A pathogen causing brown spot disease in tea was isolated and identified. The results of tissue separation and coch's law and molecular identification showed that the pathogen was Pleospora sp. After 7 days of PDA growth, the colony diameter of this bacterium was 6.0-6.5cm, and the spore were brick-shaped, with 6-10 compartments, yellowish- brown, 27-34 in size 10-15um. According to the above characteristics, the pathogen was preliminarily identified as Pleospora camelliae Dippen,Which is the first reported in China.
