摘要
为了评价球孢白僵菌对茶毛虫4龄幼虫的室内作用效果,分别采取1.0×10~8、1.0×10~7、1.0×10~6和1.0×10~5孢子/mL等5种不同浓度的白僵菌孢子悬浮液处理。结果表明,随着白僵菌孢子浓度降低,茶毛虫4龄幼虫半数死亡时间延长,致死率降低,幼虫通过提前化蛹躲避白僵菌逆境胁迫,建议采用1.0×10~8孢子/mL白僵菌孢子悬浮液浓度对茶毛虫幼虫进行防治。
In order to evaluate the effect of 4th instar larvae of Euproctis pseudoconspersa with Beaureria tenella, The germ solution in five different concentrations, 1.0 × 10^8, 1.0 × 10^7, 1.0 × 10^6, and 1.0 × 10^5 spore/mL, was tested to infect the 4th instar larvae of Euproctis pseudoconspersa. The results showed that the concentration of larva with beauveria bassiana spores low need half gradually extend the time of death, and with the decreasing concentration of spores, fatality rate also gradually reduced, Euproctis pseudoconspersa by pupa to avoid adversity stress of beauveria bassiana in advance. The concentration of spores of 1.0 × 10^8 spores/mL Beauveria bassiana is suggested to be used to control the larvae of Euproctis pseudoconspersa.
