梅钢提高R2W事故辊车削效率的方法

摘要 梅钢1422、1780热连轧机所使用的R2工作辊与支撑辊由于在轧钢过程中受到轧制力以及各种冲击载荷的作用下会产生各种裂纹、疲劳剥落、掉肉以及轧辊生产工艺缺陷造成轧辊工作层内缺陷,使轧辊产生较深裂纹,剥落、掉肉等缺陷。这类缺陷一般经过判定后可车削去除。根据实际生产中各类缺陷辊车削的情况,对缺陷辊进行分类管理,从轧辊缺陷的产生原因、实际大小、车刀选择、车床车削工艺方面分析,优化了缺陷辊所车削加工方法,为提高缺陷辊车率奠定了基础,从而提高轧辊的车削效率。 Affected by procedural rolling pressure and muhiform impulsive loading, the R2 working roll and supporting roll equipped by Meisteel 1422, 1780 hot continuous rolling mills appeared to have cracks, fatigue flake, spalling, what's more, such phenomena will be worsened by the productive imperfections.Normally, this kind of limitation shall be removed by tumery after judgement.The article will apply sorted regulation to defective rolls based on situations during actual produc- tion, by analysing the reasons of the defects, sizes, choices of the turning tool and the designs of the lathe and turnery, the defective roils ,turnery measure is improved.It is considered to be the basis to improving the efficiency of the rolls.
